Drumming with BigBeatBerger
DrumCircle
On this day you have here the possibility to drum together with many people. No matter if you are young or old, if you don't know what a djembé, a cajon, congas or bongos are or if you are a beginner and have been drumming secretly until now. It doesn't matter if you are an advanced drummer who likes to play traditional African rhythms, samba or grooves from other countries of the world. This workshop/DrumCircle is about having fun together by playing the different percussive instruments and experiencing how the rhythm invites you to move and join in.
The workshop will be led and moderated by drum and percussion teacher Arne Berger from Breklum/Nordfriesland. By teaching simple drum sequences on the various instruments, he has experienced in the past years in many drum groups, drum circles and workshops conducted by him, how quickly a group creates a common rhythm.
Group drumming is good for you, fun, loud and groovy!
For this event, many different percussion/and rhythm instruments will be packed into the drum load wheel by the drum/drumming school BigBeatBerger and made available. But if you have already made a drum or something to make a racket with at the Norden Festival, with which you can create a rhythm, then bring it along!
