Sustainability goals - What is actually behind them and why are they particularly important for the island of Pellworm?
with Werner Schweitzer
Officially and globally, they are called the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). They are part of the 2030 Agenda of the United Nations, to which the German government and Schleswig-Holstein have also committed themselves. Summarized here are 17 main goals: from health and education to less inequality and economic growth - as well as affordable and clean energy. What this means for us and especially for the island of Pellworm and how these goals can be implemented is presented by Werner Schweitzer, ambassador (honorary) for municipal development policy on behalf of the BMZ. Let's talk about how energy becomes a key issue and concretely recognizable in the example of Pellworm.
