Mushrooms made out of coffee grounds
Jellyfish-shaped oyster mushrooms actually grow on tree trunks in forests. However, the "forest jellyfish" project uses them as a research object to explore alternative ways of producing food. Grown on coffee grounds, the mushrooms are to be distributed locally. The idea behind it: inner-city food production, reuse of nutrients, short transport routes.
