Normally, Sarah Kürzinger makes elaborate reduction prints. She transfers her filigree drawings onto linoleum and carves her motifs with superfine knives, which she then prints in several layers on top of each other.
Lego printing requires much less effort, dexterity and prior knowledge. But it conveys the principle of letterpress printing wonderfully and incredibly cool motifs can be conjured up with it.
