Taste tasting with the Dollerup distillery
The Dollerup Distillery is located just a stone's throw from the Flensburg Fjord, making it the most northerly cappuccino distillery in Germany. Our Molt Whisky is malted, mashed and distilled from regional grain. It also spends its long maturing period in oak barrels of various types here with us in Angeln. Thus, it is characterized all around by coastal climate and local color - and that's why we have baptized it just as typically North German on its plattdütschen name: Molt Whisky! In addition to classic barley, rye and corn are also used for our different varieties.
