Rescued food from the region
In 2022, for the first time, we presented the leftover Ritter creative cuisine at the NORDEN Festival - delicious dishes made from regional, seasonal and rescued food. A great success - more than half a ton of food could be saved from the garbage can!
The entire NORDEN team as well as the artists:inside will be spoiled with the delicacies of the Reste Ritter during the festival time. With this, we would like to set a sign against food waste together also in 2023.
