ReTent
We recycle hundreds of left behind tents from festivals up north.
In 2022, about 28 festivals will take place in Schleswig Holstein. At the Wacken Open Air alone, around 600 tons of waste will be generated. That equals the weight of almost 430 cars or 42,900 bicycles that have to be disposed of.
To create awareness here and reduce littering by tents, there is ReTent!
We collect left behind and broken tents from festivals to recycle them into new things. Our first product is the JimBäg, a classic sports bag that is allowed in the concert areas of most festivals.
With our project we want to contribute to sustainability and raise awareness on the topic.
