Information and bicycle coding at the entrance
ADFC Schleswig is holding its annual bicycle coding campaign in the entrance area. Anyone interested can have their bicycle coded between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. Proof of ownership (proof of purchase or bicycle pass and identity card) is required for coding. The code allows the bicycle to be traced back to its owner. This makes bicycle theft unattractive, as checks can be carried out at any time to determine whether the rider of a coded bicycle is the rightful owner. The cost of coding is £10, or £5 for ADFC members.
