How is Gin made? Which botanicals are used and what are the differences between the numerous varieties in smell and taste? Gin tasting with the Dolleruper distillery will reveal many exciting details and some background informations on the production of gin: the raw materials, the single processing steps and the destillation to the final product, that is hand-bottled. You can try up to five different types of gin - all made in the Dolleruper distillery, only 18 km from Flensburg.
