As the festival draws to a close, the Gartenbühne will once again be filled with loud, euphoric and emotional energy. Hamburg-based band THIS TIME FOR REAL are currently considered a real hidden gem, and their first releases have us eagerly anticipating everything to come. Their sound clearly carries the DNA of 90s pop punk and emo, combining driving guitars with plenty of energy. What really sticks in the mind is Fee van Deelen’s wistful voice, which flows through the songs with a silky smoothness. Just the right mix for a final summer evening at NORDEN.
