NVCHT
Somewhere between rap and pop, toughness and vulnerability
NVCHT brings Blockpop to the garden stage at the NORDEN Festival: rap as the foundation, pop as the melody, attitude at its core. The Hamburg-based artist tells her story from a perspective that is rarely at the centre of German pop – shaped by city life, experiences of poverty, and rising up from the margins. As a working-class student at university, she brings precisely this tension into her lyrics: honest, direct, vulnerable, but never clichéd.
With her current project “ANTIAGGRESSIVA”, NVCHT tackles the theme of anger – not as an escalation, but as an emotion that needs to be understood and transformed. Between rap and singing, a sound emerges that creates intensity whilst leaving room for reflection and identity.
NVCHT is one of the five winners of the KRACH+GETÖSE Award 2026. As a partner of K+G, we provide an annual stage slot at NORDEN for one of the award winners.
