This year, the Flensburg Short Film Festival celebrates its 25th anniversary. Over the past quarter century, the festival has established itself as a leading platform for German- and Danish-language short films in the border region. Through the associated organization, filmkorte e.V., it also presents additional events and a diverse year-round program in Flensburg and beyond.

At NORDEN, audiences can enjoy a selection of films from the festival’s most recent edition—the first to be curated under the artistic direction of Vivien Buchhorn and her programming team.
