Sarah Kürzinger

19 years ago, Sarah Kürzinger moved to Flensburg to learn how to sculpt. Since then, she has carved wood with a chainsaw, created installations from hundreds of bobbles, and done lots of painting and printing. In her new series of wood and linoleum cuts, she praises the beauty of nature. At NORDEN Festival, from September 6th to 9th, Sarah Kürzinger will present flowers collected in front yards and cemeteries, including endangered specimen that are mesmerizing and enchanting.
