SOUND HEALING YINYOGA

For the first time at the Norden Festival, there will be a sound experience of a different kind: the spherical sounds of gongs and the magical sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls will float across the festival grounds from the garden stage. This is a meditative experience as the sounds relax the nervous system and put the body in a state of harmony. The session will be conducted by Anke, Sound Healer from Cologne.
