In the middle of 2021 SIMONSCHMIDT released his debut single "Von Tag 1" - his own story of growing up and getting older, of a child playing Playmobil, first love, true friendship and strokes of fate.
The singing, often almost spoken, so close and personal, as if you were sitting opposite on the sofa, lets the listener:inside immerse in the world of SIMONSCHMIDT, but always gives space for the own and the personal interpretation. Just when you think you have arrived, suddenly, and this is the special thing, something unexpected happens. The music does not follow any "guidelines" of pop, but flows on and does exactly what is important for the story of the song.
