CINEMARE

Short films

CINEMARE is Northern Europe's only multi-day marine film festival. It offers a platform for filmmakers, artists, scientists and marine conservationists. In addition to the beauty of the blue heart of our planet, social and cultural issues are also addressed. CINEMARE also acts as a cultural and climate protection ambassador beyond the country's borders. This is also reflected in the partnership with the IOFF International Ocean Film Festival San Francisco.

The sea is a habitat that divides and connects, a place where dreams and longings can develop, a place that is threatened but also a danger. These facets of under and above the water are told in four films.

The program has a length of 40 minutes.
