NORDEN magazine is out
Today we are officially publishing the NORDEN MAGAZINE and with it the entire cultural program for the NORDEN Festival 2024 ? On more than 60 pages you will now find all important information, great news and absolute highlights. We are so excited and proud to finally hold the NORDEN Magazine in our hands and present it to you. A lot of work has gone into it, but above all a lot of passion and it is always something special! We would of course like to share this with you!
The NORDEN magazine is now available free of charge in numerous stores and institutions in and around Schleswig. We are still on the road and distributing diligently - keep your eyes peeled!

The content in the NORDEN magazine is really something to be proud of! Big names in the cultural program promise to go wild together with you. JUPITER JONES, HAIYTI and DOTA KEHR on the music stages, STEPHAN SCHÄFER, SIMONE BUCHHOLZ and RAÚL KRAUTHAUSEN in the literature section stand for current culture on the NORDEN. But that's not all!
This is new this year: At the suggestion of NORDEN columnist Oliver Lück and with the help of Itzehoer Versicherungen, the first AIR GUITAR CONTEST will take place on Saturday, September 7, 2024 - and you can take part? None other than vice world champion Aapo Rautio from Finland will be on the jury and give a workshop beforehand.
The absolute festival highlight this year is the light art experience: NORDEN LIGHTS ✨ At the beginning of the blue hour around 7 pm, it becomes magical here on the Königswiesen and the entire festival site becomes a breathtaking place. Numerous light objects invite you to admire and marvel. The main protagonists are the NORDEN animals from the last six years, which will be staged by light artists. NORDEN LIGHTS is supported by Stadtwerke SH and Aktiv Region Schlei.
And the absolute highlight? This year you can get to the NORDEN Festival particularly quickly, sustainably and cheaply. With the new MOBILITY CONCEPT SMILE24, various means of transportation are available to you around the clock. Everything included in the Deutschlandticket ? There is an extended bus service, shuttle vehicles and rental bikes. If that's not a reason to leave your car at home.
