NORDEN 2026 – Eight days full of music, encounters, and memories
This year, we weathered quite a few rain showers and strong winds together. Rain jackets and rubber boots became practically essential festival gear. Yet you showed up, kept your spirits high, and celebrated with us. Time and again, the skies cleared in the evening, rewarding us with atmospheric festival nights, music, and light.
More than 20,000 of you joined us this year. That means the world to us. With your energy, laughter, and enthusiasm, you once again demonstrated what makes NORDEN so special.
We were also thrilled with our program. From music, literature, film, and theater to light art—there was so much to discover. It was especially wonderful to see how well the readings in the Culture Tent were received; many events were packed to capacity. Musical highlights like Alli Neumann, DIE HÖCHSTE EISENBAHN, and KAKKMADDAFAKKA created a lively atmosphere, while a diverse cultural program awaited you at the festival cinema, the *Manege* stage, and many other locations.
We will long remember these eight days of NORDEN 2026—days that were a bit wet and sometimes stormy, but above all, wonderful.
