We deliver within Germany and internationally.
Shipping Costs (including applicable VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):

International deliveries:

Provision of Digital Content:
No shipping costs apply to digital content (data created and supplied in digital form).
Digital content will be sent to you by email as a file within 24 hours of the conclusion of the contract (or, where advance payment has been agreed, within 24 hours of receipt of your payment instruction).
Digital content may also be made available via a download link sent to you by email.
The email containing the access details for the digital content will be sent within 24 hours of the conclusion of the contract (or, where advance payment has been agreed, within 24 hours of receipt of your payment instruction).
Delivery time
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods shall be made:
- within Germany: within 5–10 days after conclusion of the contract;
- internationally: within 10–20 days after conclusion of the contract.
Where advance payment has been agreed, the delivery period shall commence upon receipt of your payment instruction.
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you order items with different delivery times, the goods will be dispatched together in a single shipment unless otherwise agreed. In such cases, the delivery time shall be determined by the item with the longest delivery period.
